Legal · Privacy Policy

Private by design, discreet by habit.

We collect as little as we can about our clients, we never sell or share who you are, and because invoices are settled in crypto we never hold your card or bank details. This page also explains, for anyone listed in our data, where it comes from and how to opt out.

01The short version

  • For clients, we only ask for what we need to run your desk: your name, email and password, plus anything you choose to tell us about what you need.
  • We never sell, rent or publish client information, and we never tell anyone who our clients are.
  • Payments go through a third-party crypto checkout. We never see or store card numbers, bank details or wallet keys.
  • No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics run on this site.
  • Anyone listed in our data can ask us to remove them, and we will.

02What we collect from clients

  • Account: name, work email, optional company name, and your password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, so we cannot read them.
  • Your brief: the verticals, markets, volumes and notes you choose to share so we can prepare offers.
  • Your desk: offers, orders, invoices and the files we deliver to you.
  • Messages you send us through the site or by email.
  • Security data: your IP address is used only to slow down repeated failed sign-ins, and those records are cleared automatically within minutes. Our host may keep standard server logs for a short period.

03Payments

Invoices are settled in cryptocurrency through a secure hosted checkout run by a third-party payment provider. The provider processes the payment under its own privacy policy.

We receive only what we need to deliver your order: the invoice status and its on-chain confirmation. We never collect billing addresses, card numbers, bank details or wallet private keys.

Public blockchains are, by nature, publicly visible. Transaction details recorded on-chain are outside our control.

04How we use client information

  • To run your desk, prepare offers and deliver your data.
  • To email you about your account: new offers, invoices, payment confirmations and deliveries.
  • To answer your questions and give support.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not send marketing from third parties, and we do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

05Cookies & third parties

We use a single, essential session cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

To display the site, your browser loads fonts and code libraries from Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr and unpkg. Like any website, those services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files.

06Who sees client information

Only our own team, and the service providers we need to operate: our web host (Hostinger), our email service, and the payment provider when you pay an invoice. Each receives only what it needs for its task. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

07How long we keep it

We keep your account and desk for as long as it is open. When you close it, we delete your information, except invoices and records the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting purposes, which are kept for the required period and then deleted.

08If you are in our data

LeadDesire aggregates contact and interest data so that businesses can reach people who are likely to want what they offer. If your details are in our data, this is what you should know.

Where it comes from

Our own and partner lead-generation campaigns where you opted in, comparison and content sites where you gave consent to be contacted, event registrations, and public business registries.

What it may include

Your name, business or contact details, the interests you declared, and the consent record: when, where and how it was given.

Why we hold it

To match you with relevant businesses, based on your consent where it was collected with consent, and otherwise on legitimate interests for business contact data.

Who receives it

Vetted business clients who have accepted our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Once they receive data, they are responsible for using it lawfully, including honouring your opt-out.

Want to be removed? Use our contact form and include “Data removal request” and the email or phone number concerned. We remove you from our data, add you to our suppression list so you are not delivered again, and confirm within 30 days.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of it. Data-subject requests can also ask which categories of client received your data.

To exercise any of these, email us. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
